Cancellation Policy – Free Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival date and time of 2pm. Pre-authorization of credit card is due when the free cancellation policy ends and payment is due on arrival.
No parties or large gatherings at any time. Each apartment can only have up to 3 visitors at any one time due to Fire Evacuation Requirements. No visitors are permitted onsite between the hours of 10pm and 7am. During these hours we have a strict no noise policy including talking on balconies/courtyards. Management will evict without refund those disturbing the peacefulness of the complex.
Our entire premises is Smokefree and Vapefree
We do not permit prostitution, brothels or drug activity out of the rooms. If management suspects this activity, you will be evicted without refund.
Parking – Each apartment has one allocated park. There are no extra parks or visitor parking available. The parks are on the narrow side. There is a 2 meter clearance. If your car does not fit in your allocated park, you will need to park on the street. NB: Cars with luggage storage on the car roof will NOT fit. All unauthorised vehicles will be towed at the owners expense.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
Check-in time is from 2pm (Please let us know if you will be arriving after 6pm to arrange a late check-in.)
Checkout time is up to 10am
